Possible Funding Resources
In addition to private pay, Adult Day participants may qualify for special financial assistance from the resources below. Contact your local Board of Social Services or Office on Aging for the following programs:

GO (Global Options)
Maximum gross income limit is $2,022/mo. for a single person with no more than $2,000 in assets. Couple – $4,044/mo. with no more than $3,000 in assets. Contact your local County Board of Social Services.
JACC (Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving)
Maximum income limit is $3,296 for a single person with up to $40,000 in assets. Provides 1–2 days per week if eligible. Contact your local County Office on Aging.
NJ Statewide Respite Care Program
Same maximum income amount GO applies for single and married, but allows $40,000 in liquid assets for a single individual and $60,000 for a couple. Participants share cost in adult day health program. Contact your local County Office on Aging.
Adult Day Services Program For Persons With Alzheimer’s Disease or Related Disorders (ADDSP)
The NJ Department of Health & Senior Services may partially subsidize up to 3 days per week of Buckingham Place Adult Day Services for persons with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia.

Offers a onetime $1,000 reimbursement to individuals attending a medical adult day care for memory-related disorders, if the individual resides with family. Contact the Alzheimer’s Association at 1 888.280.6055.
